IMPROVE YOUR HIP STRENGTH TO PREVENT INJURY & MASTER YOUR SPINS

In this 90-minute workshop, Dr. Stephanie will guide participants through a mobility warm up and dive into strengthening exercises for our hip and core that are specific to what we need as dancers to prevent injury and improve our performance!

  • Dancers of all styles are welcome.

  • Please come ready to move in non-restrictive clothing and bring a yoga mat.
