Stronger women make stronger communities
Shame has no place, nor does “you’ll just have to live with it”. There is a solution! Let’s get pain free and stronger together. No limits.
Experiencing pain with sex and don't know what to do about it, or told there’s nothing you could do?
You don’t have to keep living with it!
RISE Performance & Health is offering a small group, exercise-based, pelvic therapy program for women and non-binary individuals to achieve more freedom and confidence in their pelvic and sexual health!
We are looking for 4-5 women or non-binary, female-assigned at birth individuals to help us launch our pelvic health program. This first cohort will focus on individuals experiencing painful intercourse and helping them become pain free. During the program, Physical Therapist and pelvic floor specialist Dr. Stephanie Irwin will lead the group through a progressive rehab program that is aimed at improving the sexual experience, improve overall strength and physical activity, reduce pelvic / back / hip pain, experience or enhance orgasm, and dispel shame around this topic.
The 8-week program will be held in a small, intimate, group setting to be able to help more of our community members at once while still being able to give each person individualized attention. The group setting allows participants to find community and help the healing process by learning from others while realizing that you are not alone. Each participant will commit to 8 weeks of consecutive training with a one-week break at the half-way point. We will need this amount of time to make lasting change in the body. Each participant will commit to attending each week on the day scheduled with the understanding that there is one allowed absence.
